The Launch Doctor Review is a Founding Beta product. It is an evidence-backed automated review: deterministic scanners read your code, an AI explains and prioritizes the findings, an independent model challenges the reasoning, and automated quality gates check high-stakes items before they reach you. The fully-automated AI-guided review (continuous re-scanning, auto-generated fix PRs, live store-metadata sync) is on our roadmap and is not yet available. Every finding is labeled by evidence status — Deterministically verified, Could not verify, or AI recommendation — and we never fabricate findings, file paths, or scan results. ShipForge is not currently able to offer a qualified human technical reviewer; when evidence is insufficient we mark the item "Could not verify" rather than asserting a defect.
How it works
- 1 Order the Launch Doctor Review
Join the Founding Beta waitlist ($99). Your review is generated when capacity allows — access is not instant, and checkout is not live yet.
- 2 We scan your project
Submit your project as a ZIP upload (automated GitHub App is planned). The deterministic scanner reviews architecture, security surface area, monetization setup, and store metadata.
- 3 Get a written, verified review
Prioritized action items with evidence — file path, snippet, severity, business impact, and a recommended action — in a downloadable report.
- 4 Act, then re-scan
Fix the findings and request one re-scan to re-verify and see your score delta.
One Founding Beta product — not tiered subscriptions
The earlier Indie / Pro / Studio subscription tiers (and the downloadable Flutter boilerplate they implied) are a roadmap item, not a product we sell today. AI Guided Launch is the documented methodology inside the single $99 Launch Doctor Review — there are no deeper paid tiers to unlock.
We will not reintroduce a subscription model until it is built and passes the Product Quality Gate.
