ShipForge License

ShipForge's Founding Beta offers are services, not downloadable source code. When you purchase an Automated Launch Doctor Review, a Store Launch Pack, or the Bundle, ShipForge's scanners and AI review your application and produce a written, evidence-backed deliverable for you. You own your application and its source code at all times; ShipForge does not take ownership of, host, or redistribute your code.
What you receive
- An automated, evidence-backed review of the app you submit, with findings tied to file paths and evidence.
- One re-scan request included, so fixes you make can be re-verified with a verification receipt.
- A downloadable report (the deliverable) for the app you submitted.
What ShipForge owns
ShipForge retains ownership of its own methodology, scanner, report templates, evaluation rubrics, and the ShipForge Materials (collectively, the "ShipForge Service"). Purchasing a review grants you a deliverable for one submitted application, not a license to reuse, resell, or repackage the ShipForge Service itself.
Retired tiers (Indie / Pro / Studio)
The earlier Indie, Pro, and Studio downloadable source-code tiers are retired. They are not sold during Founding Beta. A future code-product may return; if it does, separate license terms will apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.
Free — Community
The Community tier lets you use the free self-assessment tools and public documentation. It does not include a paid review or deliverable.
Rules that apply to every purchase
- You may not resell or redistribute a ShipForge deliverable, or a substantially similar report built from it, as a competing review or audit service.
- You may not present a ShipForge review as an official certification, store approval, or compliance guarantee — it is an automated assessment, not an endorsement by Apple, Google, or any third party.
- You may not use a ShipForge review to claim compliance your app does not actually meet.
- Third-party tools referenced in your report (Supabase, RevenueCat, etc.) remain governed by their own licenses and terms.
Termination
Serious or repeated breach of this License terminates your right to request new reviews. Deliverables you legitimately received before termination remain yours to keep and use for the application they were produced for.
