Launch Doctor Review

What it is
The Launch Doctor Review is the $99 Founding Beta product: an evidence-backed, automated analysis of your app's launch readiness. ShipForge runs deterministic checks against your code and configuration, an AI explains and prioritizes the findings, an independent model challenges the reasoning, and automated quality gates check high-stakes items before they reach you. The output is a downloadable professional report you can hand to your team. Founding Beta is capped at a limited number of reviews per cohort.
How findings are labeled
Every finding carries one of three evidence statuses: Deterministically verified (ShipForge found concrete evidence — a file path, config value, or scanner hit), Could not verify (insufficient evidence — ShipForge does not assert the feature is missing, only that it could not be confirmed), or AI recommendation (a reasoned improvement suggestion, not a confirmed defect). When evidence is incomplete — for example, an account-deletion flow that depends on runtime behavior ShipForge could not exercise — the finding is marked “Could not verify” rather than asserting the feature is definitely missing.
Scope of review
The Launch Doctor Review is a launch-readiness analysis based on the source code, configuration, and artifacts you submit. It is not a penetration test, a security audit, a legal review, or a guarantee of App Store or Google Play approval. A clean review means no blocking issue was found within the inspected scope — not that none exist anywhere. You remain responsible for your own store submission and compliance.

The Launch Doctor Review is an automated, evidence-backed pipeline today. Continuous re-scanning, auto-generated fix PRs, and live store-metadata sync are on the roadmap. ShipForge is not currently able to offer a qualified human technical reviewer; the review is delivered by the automated pipeline, not by a person personally inspecting each app.
Turnaround & availability
Because the Launch Doctor Review runs an automated pipeline with quality gates, availability is limited during beta while we validate accuracy at scale. We do not advertise a guaranteed same-day turnaround until actual review times are measured. The promised turnaround is configurable and shown on your order status page. If demand exceeds review capacity, checkout for new reviews is paused rather than over-sold — ShipForge will never sell more reviews than it can deliver.
Order status
Each review moves through: Paid → Queued for scan → Scanning → Ready → Delivered (and Revision requested if applicable). You can see your current status and any automated reviewer notes in your dashboard.
When to choose it
Choose the Launch Doctor Review when you are close to submitting to the App Store or Google Play and want a documented, evidence-backed assessment before you pay for a developer account or submit. If you only want a quick read first, the free Launch Score self-assessment is genuinely useful on its own — you are not forced to upgrade.
