The Launch Doctor Review is a Founding Beta product. It is an evidence-backed automated review: deterministic scanners read your code, an AI explains and prioritizes the findings, an independent model challenges the reasoning, and automated quality gates check high-stakes items before they reach you. The fully-automated AI-guided review (continuous re-scanning, auto-generated fix PRs, live store-metadata sync) is on our roadmap and is not yet available. Every finding is labeled by evidence status — Deterministically verified, Could not verify, or AI recommendation — and we never fabricate findings, file paths, or scan results. ShipForge is not currently able to offer a qualified human technical reviewer; when evidence is insufficient we mark the item "Could not verify" rather than asserting a defect.

What do the founding prices mean?
Launch Doctor Review is $99 founding (regular $149) and Store Launch Pack is $59 founding (regular $99). Bought separately that is $158 founding ($248 regular); the bundle is $149 founding and adds priority processing, a combined launch plan, and a Launch Score re-run. Founding prices apply while Founding Beta capacity is available; regular prices take effect once the beta closes.
Do you offer custom coding or consulting?
No. ShipForge sells two review products: the Launch Doctor Review (an evidence-backed, automated code review with a downloadable report and one re-scan) and the Store Launch Pack (AI-drafted, quality-gated store copy and asset plan with one revision). We do not sell hands-on engineering, human consulting, or custom-app builds today.
What if I need someone to build my app for me?
We're architecting a Certified Partner Network of independent implementation partners for a future release, but it is not live today. In the meantime, ShipForge gives you the Launch Score, playbooks, and AI guidance to build it yourself or hand it to any developer you choose.
What happened to the Indie/Pro/Studio tiers?
The earlier Indie / Pro / Studio subscription tiers (and the downloadable Flutter boilerplate they implied) are a roadmap item, not a product we sell today. We will not sell that subscription model until it is built and passes the Product Quality Gate. The Founding Beta services above are what we actually deliver now.
What's the refund policy?
We do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. Under the current policy, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if our team has not begun your review or produced a deliverable. After work begins, refunds are available for material defects we cannot fix in a reasonable time, duplicate charges, failed delivery, and any mandatory statutory rights. Read the full Refund Policy.
