Quality standard
No module ships until it passes the gate.
The biggest threat to ShipForge is not competitors — it is selling something that looks impressive but breaks when customers use it. Every paid service must pass this Product Quality Gate before being sold. A service is NOT ready because code exists. It is ready only when every item below is verified.
- 01 Clean installation works
- 02 Documentation matches current code
- 03 Demo actually works
- 04 iOS build succeeds
- 05 Android build succeeds
- 06 Environment variables are documented
- 07 Secrets are protected
- 08 Failure states work
- 09 Dependencies are current and reasonable
- 10 Key business logic has tests
- 11 No fake/demo production data leaks into customer projects
- 12 No broken links
- 13 No console-breaking errors
- 14 Setup has been tested from a clean project
- 15 Migration instructions exist when required
- 16 Version number exists + changelog exists
If one of these is not verified, the feature is labeled Beta — never presented as production-ready.
